Conference Rooms
The Hotel Charsfield is a unique venue to hold your conference or meeting. Our beautiful Boardroom is able to accommodate up to 14 people for a "round table" meeting. Overlooking St. Kilda Road, the Boardroom has floor to ceiling windows allowing lots of natural light into the room, and is fully air-conditioned. Or, for a larger group, we have the Webb room, which is able to accommodate up to 40 people theatre style. The Webb room also has plenty of natural light and is fully air-conditioned. The Webb room has a breakout room and access to an outdoor courtyard area, the use of which is included in the cost of room hire.
All the basic necessities that you have come to expect from hotel conferencing such as iced water, mints, pens and notepads are included in the cost of the room.
We have whiteboards, OHP, data projector, TV, DVD, Video, and electronic whiteboard available for hire should you require them.

• Webb Conference Centre seats up to 40 ($295 per day)
Prices are subject to availability and quoted on a catered basis. Costs for room hire only are available on request.
