Coq au Vin – breast of chicken in red wine with lardons, onions and mushrooms

Atlantic Salmon Poached with potatoes, greens and lemon mayonnaise

Blue Eye grilled with miso soup, shitake mushrooms, greens and seaweed

Pork Steak with baked figs, spinach, potato and jus
