Bed and Breakfast
For Bed and Breakfast with a difference, join us for a scrumptious
start to your day with fresh fruits, pastries, muffins and cereals,
featured as amongst the offering for the health conscious, in our
continental buffet breakfast selection. For those of you with a
bigger appetite, enjoy a fully cooked breakfast, freshly prepared
daily by our Head Chef, Paul Le Noury.
Lunch
Lunch is served Monday to Friday between 12.00 and 3.00 pm. Bookings essential.
Dinner
Melbourne is famous for fine dining. In the Nibbles Bar and Restaurant
we offer superb dining whether it be a quick snack at the
bar or a full three-course meal. Let your tastebuds be tantalised
by the tasty offerings of our Head Chef, Paul Le Noury. Enjoy a
contemporary Australian fusion menu that is changed daily.
We use the best available seasonal produce to offer you an innovative,
flavour-driven menu. Dinner is served in the Nibbles Restaurant
every evening between 6.00 and 10.00 pm. To avoid disappointment
please book a table when booking your accommodation.
Special events
If you have a special celebration, we can offer our beautifully
appointed, intimate Hodgson room for a private dining option. Please
call us to discuss your celebration, and let our Head Chef Paul
Le Noury guide you in designing your own special menu.
