Conference Rooms
The Hotel Charsfield is a unique venue to hold your conference
or meeting. Our beautiful Boardroom is able to accommodate up to
14 people for a "round table" meeting. Overlooking St.
Kilda Road, the Boardroom has floor to ceiling windows allowing
lots of natural light into the room, and is fully air-conditioned.
Or, for a larger group, we have the Webb room, which is able
to accommodate up to 40 people theatre style. The Webb room also
has plenty of natural light and if fully air-conditioned. The Webb
room has a breakout room and access to an outdoor courtyard area
all included in the cost of the room.
All the basic necessities that you have come to expect from hotel
conferencing such as iced water, mints, pens and notepads are included
in the cost of the room.
We have whiteboards, HOP, data projector, TV and Video, and electronic
whiteboard available for hire should you require them.
